Our Mission to Psychotherapists

Our mission is to build a collaborative network of diverse psychotherapists. We are committed to creating an environment that helps foster internal growth and professional development through peer-consultation, exchange of resources, and emotional support among therapists.

Flexibility - Psychotherapy Collective offers online therapy allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and customize your schedule to complement your personal obligations. We work with you to create your ideal schedule.

Work Capacity - we collaborate with you to establish the proper work/life balance you require as a therapist to be your most effective. As a collective of therapists our goal is to ensure you take the space you require personally, to be effective and fulfilled professionally.

Resources - Your only responsibility is to provide psychotherapy sessions abiding by the standards and guidelines of the CRPO. We will take care of building your caseload, catering sessions to fit your desired schedule, dealing with billing, insurance issues, and all other obligations outside of therapy sessions.

Support - our group is one of collaboration. All of our therapists, and management team, work together to ensure all client and therapist needs are met and concerns are addressed.

Required Therapist Qualifications

We are currently looking for highly skilled and dedicated therapists to join our team! If you value a collaborative working environment and are passionate about continuing your development as a therapist, Psychotherapy Collective would love to hear from you. Since we are currently offering online therapy in Ontario, we require applicants to be in good standing with the CRPO, the regulatory provincial college in Ontario. We are hoping to expand our online therapy offering throughout Canada and should you be registered with the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec in Quebec, the CCTNB in New Brunswick and the NSCCT in Nova Scotia we encourage you to reach out.
